I have not done this in a while but I need to with the new year; so here we go not only am I talking beauty I am blogging health. I have fibromyalgia and my goal is to have the min about of meds possible. That means as natural a solution as possible join me on my journey.

Hi all-


I am so new to this blogging thing,  being a mother of three and a salon owner, a Mary Kay rep and a IT Works rep who has the time to do anything. I want to share a little piece of myself I have, fibromyalgia and today I cannot get out of bed and I want to say to all those mothers out there suffering from anything, sometimes it's ok,  sometimes we need to take a break from the hum drum of our lives.   Welcome to my blog I am a 38 year old mother of three that is now starting her career in the beauty industry. Owning my own salon has also been a dream; however with all dreams reality kicks in, follow me on my journey.
